I am Indian, Male. Please help me evaluate My profile and also please my address my query. I am strongly considering Purdue's 2 year MBA program. In that reference, I want to know about placement for Indian International Students, how is the job scenario there?
Also kindly evaluate my profile :-
-> Indian male, 4.5 years of Work-Ex (5 by the time I join) in Core Sector- Water and Renewable Energy (Larsen & Toubro Constructions) as Assistant Manager.
-> GMAT 680 (Q49, V34)
-> Good Extra-Curricular (Can play Flute and Violin), lead Violinst in college band.
-> conducted yoga sessions on World Yoga Day as a voluntary service.
-> There are also few more things to highlight such as critical operations carried out at site, under my supervision.

Also, please suggest whether to apply for 2 year MBA or STEM MBA. Which one is suitable for me ?

I have an interview with the admission office. Please let me know what kind of questions to expect? Will they general question such as Why MBA? Why Purdue? or will it be a case study?

It will be more general questions like the ones you mentioned, there will not be a case question unless they have changed the process, but I dont think so. They may also ask some behavioral type questions like "tell me about a time when you resolved conflict" or something along those lines. My interview (and many others) were pretty short and laid back.

Im not sure what you mean by "Kira" video interview. But see the post I just wrote below for questions about what the general interview is like.

My recommenders can't receive the recommendation mail. Anyone facing a similar issue? Any workaround w.r.t filter settings on mail?

I was going to submit today but my recommenders told me that they have not received the mail yet. i have asked them to contact technical team.

I believe they get a mail when you submit your application. You submitting the application should not affect them giving the LOr so go ahead and do it.

Pre app submission status in recommendation tab shows: not submitted

i am submitting the app now. Will see about LORs later. Hope that it will not cause any issues

Hello Everyone

I had a quick question. Do we need to have the KIRA online video interview as well for submitting my application by 15th November. I am seeing this on the last page whereas it was not appearing earlier. Since, this is the last day to submit, I do not think I have time for this interview.

Please help!!!

Submit the application b4 deadline.
The application deadline page specifically mentions that all the components of the application should be received before the deadline.
But since they have not mentioned about the Kira video in the main application portal, I guess that does not count. And trust me it's not that difficult.
You will have 30 sec to think and 1min to respond, just like that of TOEFL. They will ask you random behavioral questions. If you are comfortable at looking into the camera and answering to the screen, relax and gv the interview.
