Hey fellow R4 applicants! Not sure where everyone else is in terms of interviews, but I just finished both of mine over the weekend and today.

If anyone is interested, wrote up my experiences below. FYI, I am a US applicant and both interviews were conducted in the US by local alumni.

Interview 1: The first interview was very casual (as was the second one). We had lunch at a local cafe. It was sweltering hot - I wore a suit but the interviewer was wearing a button up and shorts. Overall, I felt like the interview was much more of a conversation rather than an interviewer. We did talk about things like my background and why INSEAD, but mostly felt like a conversation with someone I met at a coffee shop.

Interview 2: This interview had some of the typical questions that come up like tell me about working on a team, tell me about an accomplishment, what are your weaknesses, tell me about a time when you had culture shock. Basically if you go through the list of questions in this forum you will be set. Other than that, we talked a lot about her experiences at INSEAD and what she felt the strengths and weaknesses of the program were.

Overall, I'd say just write up some questions from the forum on a 3x5 card and drill them and you should be good to go!

Congrats to all who got in!! Good luck to those still waiting!!

Btw, once R3 acceptance is over, can someone update the admission stats from MBACONNECT? Thanks in adv!

Just to share my interview experience - both were very conversational although they were held at their respective offices.
Questions range from typical why INSEAD, why MBA to areas that are weaker in your application/resume (which you should know them by now).

If you are uncertain, ask your mentor/senior/friend to read through your application and CV and come up with some questions about the weaknesses

Hi guys - received the call this morning. Super excited!! Starting in Singapore.

I've never posted here (or anywhere, really) but I relied on this community quite a bit for moral support. The GMAT club played an instrumental role throughout my journey from taking (/suffering through) the GMAT to getting the call. I would like to sincerely thank each and every one of you. I would be happy to share my experience, if anyone is interested. Can't wait to meet all of you and start the best year of my life. Good luck to all of those that are still waiting!

this looks very easy to understand the whole graph chart of industries to work on various categories. Very useful information.

Thanks latinoinasuit for the numbers!

18 Germans, that's very interesting. Would be interesting to know how many are sponsored by their companies.
