Hey everyone. This is somewhat unrelated however while reading an article the first thing that came to mind was this thread (and the overall anxiety surrounding MBA admissions across many threads LOL).

Hope this article offers some interesting / useful thoughts around the psychology of anxiety. Basically, the suggestion is to distract yourself :)

Although I am based in Oceania, I requested an interview in the nearest Hub city being HK. My interview invite came out in the first wave. Hope that helps

My new favorite coping tactic is listening to Christina Aguilera’s “Fighter” and pretending she’s talking about Yale/whatever school I can’t stop thinking about at the moment.

Just got a promotional email saying that Yale will be inviting select R1 candidates to interview over the next few weeks.

Is there still hope here?

Guess its end of the road as far as Yale is concerned. Haven't seen any India invites here but a couple have been posted on the livewire!

Sorry for the bad news! You might be right. Others can confirm more accurately but I believe the interview dates have been set already for India and they are in early November.

FYI - I logged into the SOM application management portal today and saw that I was denied. It is worth checking for those of you waiting on your application status.
