Yea ofcourse. So I interviewed with Chelsea Hann. The interviewer gets a sheet of notes from your application and your resume. Interview lasted about 30-40 minutes. She didn't ask many questions, maybe because my responses were long. Here are the questions.

1. Walk me through your resume. Pretty standard question, went through my life story with highlights of leadership and awards.
2. Why Cornell? I started with my goal and then gave three reasons why this will help - location, cohort, and known as a good school for banking. I think you should have 3 reasons as well.
3. How do you plan on contributing while at Cornell - essentially your essay question, pretty easy. Just mention the clubs you're interested in and how you want to make an impact through the clubs.
4. Do you have any questions for me. Standard.

I'm a November Round applicant and interviewed Nov 10 at the Veterans Event. Let me know if you have any questions. Good luck.

Just saw this was for the 1 year MBA. I applied for 2 year. Can't imagine the experience is much different.

Really want Cornell to happen, but not much hope left now.

Hey, yes ofcourse.

It was a Skype interview by a current candidate. Was pretty short, just about 15-20 minutes.

Questions around why mba, why Johnson, why 1 year, career goals, Plan B and what will you add? Also asked about global experience.

It wasn't very good actually. :P

My application status still shows "Under review" , does the admissions explicitly say "rejected" if the candidate is rejected or maintains "Under review"?

Well, the decision notification for 1 Y MBA program (for application in the Nov round) is Jan 10th and I haven't heard yet.

What should I make of it?
