I got waitlisted too.
Can someone tell the chances to getting a confirmed result when you are on waitlist. And if yes, then by when do they communicate

I applied in R2 in January this year, was denied after an interview.

Re-applied a few days before the R1 deadline this fall, sent them an email highlighting some increased responsibilities at work along with an updated test score (I applied with a GRE score last year, took the GMAT this September). Had a much, much better interview this time around and got the acceptance email last evening.

Anytime! I scored 760 in the GMAT. My GRE score is 167V 165Q, which works out to a 740 equivalent according to ETS, so I'm guessing it was the interview that made the difference.

Last year in Round 3 I was denied without interview and I decided to reapply this year in Early round (at least because I would loose nothing).
I changed my:
second Essay I choose the question about challenge.
optional Essay I described more my current part-time position
added in my resume my current part-time position (previously I thought that I should include only full-time)
improved a little bit my GMAT
In addition, in covering letter I described all what I've done since I was denied.(social life, academic, professional life)

Few days ago I was accepted, but I dont know whether Ive got any scholarship
