So are people invited to LEAD event separately from invitation for interview?

I don't know for sure, but the email says "As a high potential candidate for admission, we invite you to conduct your admissions interview during a Johnson L.E.A.D. (Leadership Exploration and Assessment Day) event on February 1st and 2nd," which, to me, implies that some people are invited to interview but not to the LEAD event.

Same here. Do we know if LEAD invites are accepted at a higher rate than non-LEAD invites?

Yes. You’d have to be a total fckup to mess it up now. The event is pretty much a rubber stamp for admission. The only question is the Park Fellowship or other aid.

Congratulations to everyone who received invites to LEAD! Does anyone know if all of the LEAD invites go out at once for each round or are there multiple batches?

Any good takeaways from the Admissions Chat?

Did they mention when they will have all round 1 acceptances sent out by?

Thanks!

They gave the usual "rolling basis" response to that question, stating 4-5 weeks post interview.

Hmm... a user earlier stated that during their interview the admissions rep mentioned that they want to have decisions out before their holiday break begins (that would mean by this Friday).

I wonder if that will hold true or if it'll take a month to hear back. I guess the waiting game it is.

Looking at last year's thread, that's what happened. The majority of decisions came out the week before Christmas. I interviewed on 11/20 and was told 3-4 weeks which puts us right in the time window for right before Christmas.

Hey, congratulations. I applied in Round 2 as well. Haven't heard back yet.

Does anyone have some experience interacting with Johsnon's ad-com? Would the Ad-com accept the request for an early decision? I have an admit from Oxford Said and my first deposit deadline is approaching fast.

Hey. Thanks. You can explain your situation to them. Because you already have an admit it might even strengthen your case.
