Well, I got a hard "no" on possible scholarship opportunities. Hopefully someone else has had more success.

Was this a post-admission scholarship discussion / negotiation?

Hey (hopefully) future Rossers! Sorry current students have been out of the loop, fall semester has been intense! Just wanted to reach out and say congrats to all the admits, and I hope to see you around next year!

For all of the waitlisted folks out there, don’t give up! There’s a few of my classmates who are some of the top performers in our class who were on the waitlist, so there is indeed hope! Review some of the waitlist guides out there, be patient and trust the process!

If any of y’all have any questions send me a dm and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can

I'm pretty awful at this sort of thing typically (was too grateful for the acceptance to really push for any aid). Called the financial aid office and asked if there were further opportunities because I am excited for Ross but certainly keen to inquire on other avenues of support such as x, y, and z.

The response to thatwas pretty much "nope sorry". So I basically said "okay figured it was worth asking thanks" and hung up. I don't think I was even close but again I went in pretty weak so be interesting to hear if anyone else had a different result.

Does Ross call admits or is it a status update ?

they endeavor to call every admit, so far the most part status update with no call is a bad sign (but sure there are some instances where they simply weren't able to make the call first)

Application submitted for Round 2! Excited!

Anyone have an idea as to when interview invitations are sent? Is it rolling?

I was unable to find any detail regarding Ross' specific timeline.

Last year it seems that it had 2 waves of interview invitations.

As to the 1st round, all invitaions were sent on the same day.

Hi buddy!

Congratulations on your offer and decision.

I haven't the chance yet as travelling to US during this time is quite a challenge, but I'm considering going for GBR. By the way, do we have a Ross 2020 group on Facebook yet as I can't find any.

There is no FB group that I am aware of, there is the SLACK channel so there's that! It is indeed a challenge visiting the US :( but hopefully you can make the trip worthwhile. Let me know if I can be of help to you mate (I'm an immigrant living in the US now for 5+ years, so I can share my inputs/perspectives if you need any insight or inputs - lemme know!)

Regards,
Vishnu
