I haven't seen anything other than invites for international applicants. I'd assume waivers will hit starting Wednesday, which is the 6 week mark.

Haven't heard anything from Kellogg yet. I am 1Y applicant from India. Anyone else from India who applied in R2 for 1Y program and hasn't received an interview invite yet? Also, is getting an interview waiver a positive or negative thing? How does that impact one's chances?
