Hey!
I am in the process of completing my application for Queen's MBA. Is there a format for the cover letter? I've written it in essay form in first person. Since I've never written a cover letter in my life, I'd appreciate if someone can direct me to a template that I can use.

I'm really short on time to finish the essays now

What are the chances of getting in with 3.5 years work experience with great career progression from Management Trainee, Technology to eventually Growth Marketing & Analytics and a GRE score of 331?

Jump to 30 min:30 sec)-1para about yourself, your background, Why Queen's and Why now and what you're looking for post-MBA

Webinar recorded in 2018

Jump to 24 min:10 sec)- 3 things are to be covered: Why an MBA ? Why Queen's, why its appels to the candidate ? What are post MBA goals ? 1 page restriction. essentially tell complete story why the candidate should pursue this degree, why Queen's and what the student will do with it.

Had my interview yesterday in Mumbai with Matt. It was pretty informal and felt more like a conversation. Queens will get back with the decision by the 2nd week of June. Fingers crossed!

Current Role: Senior Business Analyst. Past include a breadth of responsibilities with roles such as developer, tester, data analytics consultant, solution designer etc.
Extra Curricular: Not much to talk about except my love for Guitar and Singing. We talked about my YouTube Guitar channel for a little while. Did not focus on this too much. Was more focused on my WE.
Future Goals: Business Consulting with a focus on IT
