archimaitreya25 my assumption is that you in Delhi? What is your aptitude for traveling to schools internationally and nearby? I'm not entirely sure miliar with emba programs in India but here in the US some of them require a GMAT score and others do not.
The threshold for an Executive MBA program in terms of GMAT is lower because you've been out of school longer and they gauge your potential value more on your work achievements.
For someone in your situation I would say that you would need something in the 700 range for Wharton or Booth EMBA. But that's based on my clients where the applications are really damn good.
Before answering your question it's extremely important to know what your goal is..what your objective is for getting an MBA? Executive MBA is really more for maximizing your ability to climb the ladder in your current industry and to increase your network whereas a full-time MBA it has a lot more career support. Formal career support whereas with an emba your reliant on alumni connections.
The best ages for a full-time program are between 25 and 30, I would say anything over 35 is really pushing your luck it. Emba ranges more like 32+. But I helped a new grad actually get into CBS emba so it kind of depends.
For a full-time program in the US I would say you would need to have a competitive GMAT ie 720+ in Europe you might be able to skate by with a 700 with a good application, they accept slightly lower GMAT scores but increase the require work experience, at least five years but prefer more. There's an executive program for booths in London that is very solid. Of course LBS is also a great option as well as INSEAD. I hope this helps!
