You could probably find more reasons to eliminate the answer choices then I will state below.
Eliminate:
B) "their"? - unclear pronoun reference
C) Unidiomatic construction. Revenues are not low WITH higher marketing exp...Revenues are low period.
D) Lacks parallelism "higher"...and is simply ambiguous.
E) "their"? - same as (B)

Additionally, A correctly omits a comma before AS.
C, D, and E are out immediately if you know comma rules.
