I think this is a pretty tough question and I had to use elimination to get the right answer

A seems okay but wordy
Eliminate B because of verb tense inconsistency "is committing vs employee committed"
Eliminate C because corporations is not parallel to the first phrase of the sentence where it mentions "corporation" singular
Eliminate D for above reason
Eliminate E for wordiness reasons
