I actually want to pursue MBA from the top colleges.
But i want to know whether my two years of work ex is enough to get in top colleges?
I don't plan to postpone my Masters anymore to increase the number of working years.
I also want to know what are my chances for Management Information systems from top 10 colleges?

Hi Arati,
That's a whole lot of things you have done there! Your high school was a long time off and that experience is not going to count. But yes, it does reflect on a consistent pattern of excellence/ involvement.
Your work experience is quite less for the top b-schools. Another two years of work on a continued growth path will make you more attractive to business schools for sure.
Your achievements outside of work are praiseworthy. Although you have initiated quite a few things within a span of one year, which gives the impression that you have spread yourself too thin and probably don't have the depth of experience in any of these initiatives. Hopefully this will settle down in some more time, and you will continue only with those initiatives that hold your passion.
If you feel very strongly about getting back to grad school by next year, consider doing an Ms.
