Hi, I just posted a little over a week ago that I was disappointed with my inability to raise my score. A little advice from Akamai on eliminating careless mistakes and my score shot up another 50 points to 700. At the risk of sounding like a primadonna I've come back to beg for a little more aid. I am only striving to improve my score another twenty or thirty points, but have to achieve this improvement in the math section. I'm happy with my verbal score, but do not have a strong enough quant background to improve my math score above 45. I seem to be missing all of the hardest probability and data sufficiency questions (permutations as well). How do I study for these? The PR book I have is watered down garbage, and the ETS questions really are not as difficult. I believe with enough practice on these problems my subconscious will catch on to some of ETS' traps, and pick up general trends that some of the correct answers tend to follow (or I'll just confuse myself LOL). Thanks a lot. If I can study hard enough maybe I'll be qualified enough to offer help someday. Thanks! Paul Katz

Look at the links for probability, and definitely post in math question section of the forum, there are one question or two for your test on probability.

Good luck with it.
