Well my MBA will be my first Masters degree, though I have two undergrad degrees. My question is why get a third Masters degree, when you should be going for a PhD?

I think MZJavert's question about what your goals are, and why you want to get an MBA are totally valid.. so think about that.

But still, I don't think three Masters degree is necessarily a problem. For besides that you have the good GMAT, the right grades, the good job, and you are the right age. Of course, somewhere in your application you will have to address the issue of why you did the first two, and link that to why you want to do this third. So attacking the problem head-on (rather than sweeping it under the rug) would be my way to go.

What you do to convince the AdCom that you do really need the MBA is to link it to your specific goals, and to show how the MBA (and especially THIER MBA) will provide new things for you (skills, knowledge, network, opportunities).

Hope this helps!
