2. Director (Nov. '16 to Present) in Resham Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. (Under the RESHAM Group belonging to my Family). The main responsibilities include formulating, defining, implementing and monitoring of business strategies tailored to the unique domain expertise of the company with a view to achieve its sustainable vision. Further, the responsibilities also include evaluation of various techno-commercial feasibility studies, designing of the financial structure of the company and overseeing the work of 43 people with a view to optimise the resources of the company. One of the landmarks strides as a Director of the company was instituting and starting a new division operating in the renewable energy industry. The division mainly entailed construction of solar power plants on turnkey basis. The company executed a couple of projects registering a double digit return. However, the said division was shut down in Mar. ’17 due to a lack of expertise of the company in the renewable energy industry.

And your recent job and family business does seem very promising!
But before I jump into my evaluation I'd love to know more about the family business - how big is it? How many employees? What's the annual turnover? What's your market share? What's your niche? and where do you see the future of the company?
Why do I ask this? Because this is EXACTLY what your B-school will want to know. And they will also use the business size to "valuate" your profile.
Also a personal question: are you the future inheritor of the family business?
It can make a difference!
