Uh dude, as I may have said in high school: Most Def!
Absolutely. Kellogg is by your best option. You should visit. MAke meetings with people, take a tour, whatever you can to get on the in.
And do the same for Cornell too. These are the only two Top tier one-year programs in the US, so put in all the effort. I mean, you have the time, and it's also really fun to visit schools.
