Thanks for the posting.
You have a great life story and admissions at the four schools you list would, if properly presented, find it compelling. This means that although your grades and GMAT are below average, you have more than proven yourself in life. This is not an easy message to get across and you need to make sure that your essays, recommendations, etc. properly portray your experiences, goals and motivations.
As you well know, at these schools you will be competing against accomplished students from around the world - most with their own portfolio of accomplishments, goals and motivations. This means you have to invest the time, energy and resources to make sure that your application stands out from the masses. However, based on what you present here, this can be done. At this stage of the process, you should be scouting potential recommenders as well as going to information sessions and learn as much about these schools as you possibly can (visit if you can).
