Hi calihopeful2,
You have a very strong candidacy. With regards to your work experience, do not be concerned. Admissions teams are looking to build diverse classes. Although it may appear that most applicants come from investment banking or consulting backgrounds, business schools want candidates from entrepreneurial, non-profit, government, and other backgrounds.
Remember that admissions teams are looking for leadership experience and for candidates who have made an impact, so it will be important to highlight any leadership and management experience that you have.
For your application, you should also focus on why you are pursuing an MBA, particularly after having already received a Masters degree.
