Hi there,
So the strengths of your profile are: strong academic background including demonstrated quantitative ability; strong GMAT; average work experience; entrepreneurial experience; extracurriculars and volunteering.
Potential weaknesses: the fact that you are part of a common applicant profile-- those from India with IT/engineering experience. Also your career goals at this point sound pretty vague/undetermined.
Your biggest challenge is to stand out from those with similar profiles/backgrounds. It will help to play up your entrepreneurial experiences and community activities. But in general your chances will still be fairly slim at the most competitive programs-- Stanford in particular, especially since it has a smaller class size than many of the others and is just so hard for anyone to get in; and HBS as well. From your list, you may have slightly better odds at Haas and Booth, but you may want to add a school or two from the next tier to be more sure of getting an offer.
In terms of what you can do to strengthen your application, you will really need to play up what makes YOU unique and what you will bring to the program that others want. You'll need to solidify those career goals and have a clear and concise explanation of why you NEED the MBA, after your masters, for your career goals, why now is the best time, and why each program is the best one for you with specific reasons. If you can stand out and get noticed, through engaging, interesting, and informative essays, there is always a shot, but just know it will be a competitive environment out there.
Let us know if you have other specific q's, and good luck to you!
