Certainly; and keep in mind beyond some general 'tiers' of reputation among MBA programs, choosing which school to apply to/attend is a VERY personal matter... there are so many factors to consider, beyond just "ranking"... if you plan to work in a specific country (or even city), for example, it's not a bad idea to go to school there... just imagine how much easier it will be to network and make contacts there, maybe do project work for companies that are local that may be interested in hiring you after the program! Certain companies hire often from certain schools. Some programs are more internationally diverse than others. Some have a smaller class size (making for more personal interactions, more attention from professors, possibly better/stronger connections but also more competitive to get into), some have larger classes (potentially less personal but also larger alumni networks around the globe). Some schools are known for particular strengths in particular areas. Some have flexible curricula, others do not, etc etc.
