Please evaluate my profile

Target: Columbia, Booth, Haas, McComb, Mays, Anderson

GMAT: Yet to be taken but expecting between 680-720
Age: 24 years
Gender: Female
Country: Pakistan

Previous Qualification:
-Bachelors of Business Administration from LUMS(one of the top 2 Business schools in the country). Graduated 3rd in undergraduate class with a 3.70 GPA. My school used absolute grading system for all courses and GPA calculation.
-Very strong HighSchool grades. Straight As in O' Levels and A' Levels in all subjects. Concentration was Business subjects.

Work Experience: Been almost an year. Working in a small size private brokerage firm since as opposed to MNC jobs that were available to me. Reason is that I plan to start a brokerage firm myself and thought this kind of job will give me first hand experience. I started here as a research assistant but now handle trades and managerial aspects. Report directly to the CEO.

Also suggest some realistic target b-schools if the ones mentioned seem a hard play. Thank You

Not sure when your applying but you will be on the younger end of the prospective applicants so make sure you are applying at the right time. It seem you have grown tremendously at your firm from an RA to more front office work. So apply at a time that makes sense. You have a strong academic background and if you can hit on the top end of that GMAT range you listed you should have a case for the top 25 programs. Booth and Columbia may be tough but not crazy for you. The other programs certainly make sense for you as well
