Hello Ankit,

You have a very impressive profile. Here are some pointers about it :

Your work experience is fabulous . It is a big asset to your application if you are able to highlight the competencies gained out of the experience properly.
As far as your academics are concerned, your 12th grade marks don’t matter. Your GPA is low but your Undergrad University ranking helps. Your GMAT Score looks good, but can be better.
You have good quantifiable achievements in college as well as your work-place, so that is definitely a bonus.
As far as the LORs are concerned, please note the the quality of the recommendation matters, rather than the person writing it. Make sure that you have been associated with your recommender long enough for him/her to vouch for your competencies.
Your Finance certifications, especially CFA, can be used to highlight your interest in pursuing an MFE degree.

Overall, your profile looks pretty good and you should have a good shot at both of your target schools, if you are able to showcase why you are an ideal fit for their programs.

In the end, it all boils down to how you present your strengths , motivations and goals in your application.
Your essays will play a key role in your application, and can be used to explain why you have a low GPA.
