Well it's a bit light on the deets but what I can see I like. IIT, solid work experience, with growth and concrete achievements.
If he really is serious about Top 10, then I think he should really consider a retake. As an Indian he's working with a -30 handicap, and should be at least 20 points over the average if not more.
