If you are looking to attend a top MBA program, I recommend first looking to make an impact inside or outside of your career. Top MBA programs are looking for candidates who are change-makers.

A Masters degree is not as beneficial to admissions teams as candidates think. Remember, business schools are looking to cultivate leaders.
