A stellar GMAT would be 740+, and it also does no guarantee your acceptance it at these two programs. It would just put you more in the running. The other element that would help is a higher grade percentage. Your community service and involvement are strong with lots of leadership, which is good. If you need the time to study, cut some of your activities, focus on one or two where you have leadership responsibility and devote more time to your grades.
