- Awards of excellencies by previous companies
- 2 technical publications in international conferences (Germany and USA)
- Gold medal in Business model Simulation conference in Cambridge U.K.

- Among top 8 out of 120 teams for Innovation award of ILE DE FRANCE Region, Paris France

French - A2, German - B1, English - Professional, Hindi - Mother Tongue

Additional, Since I have not worked in India, will it impact my chances for ISB ?
You have a very decent profile overall. There are many things in fact that would work in your favour: Your significant work experience outside India, your decent academics, and your proficiency with multiple foreign languages, everything would work for you.
However one thing that does not currently work for you (thankfully this is not a "done and dusted" thing and something that you can definitely influence) is your GMAT score. If I look at your score, it is clear that there needs to be work done in Verbal (perhaps you focused too much on learning French and German, and forgot English in the bargain

).
Frankly, while your GMAT score is definitely below average for the schools you are targeting, however, given your profile, there is an even chance that you might be called for interview. However would you really want to be satisfied with this "even" chance? Since there is still time before the application deadlines kick-in, I would earnestly suggest that you prepare for GMAT (one last time) and see if you can push that score up by at least 30 points!
