Your overall profile looks great. Your stats were decent up to 12th but after this, they are not very great. So, I would say, for ISB, target around 710 GMAT. Your work-experience seems amazing. I can see leadership and some really big impacts of yours in the organizations you've been part of. Also, you do have career achievements which some good b schools do stress. Your ECs too look great. A career switch seems relevant for a second MBA, just the premise of this switch should be relevant and substantiative. Also, I see a lack of international exposure in your profile, so to fill this gap, you should also be targeting some great schools out of India.
