Given the state of the job market that puts experience at a premium (not credentials), I don't know if doing a masters will necessarily improve your job prospects given your background. I would strongly suggest focusing on recruiting and job hunting as your priority, and let the MSc thing be a backup. But focus on getting work experience straight out of undergrad as your #1 priority.

As far as I know, the MS type programs are all about GMAT and GPA. If yours are in range, then you should be competitive.
