My target programs: HBS, MIT Sloan, Yale, Stanford, Cornell (Johnson)
I am interested in a Marketing / Strategy profile post-MBA
My questions:
1. What are my chances for getting admitted in these programs?
1. Do I need to retake the GMAT to improve my Quant score currently at 63 percentile? I retook the GMAT once with only a minor improvement in Quant scores
2. Can I instead write the GRE, since all the schools I am aiming for accept GRE scores

You're welcome. To answer your questions:
1. HBS, MIT, and Stanford are major stretches for you. I would discourage your application. Yale and Cornell are also stretches, but I think you have somewhat of a chance there.
2. If you think you can improve your score (and you should be able to considering your grades and academic background) and you want to have a serious chance at your target programs,
you should retake the GMAT.. However, change something about your approach to preparation that you think will improve your score.
