Hey pm1995, I would say that you have a strong profile. You have done a pretty good job with GMAT, and your GPA is pretty decent as well.
Extra-curriculars look fair but focus on showcasing the impact created. Work ex looks decent as well, however, your competition might have the advantage of a brand name on their resume. To compensate for it, brainstorm and highlight any quantitative achievements during your work ex ( Eg: Your contribution in a major project, How you handled a leadership position, etc.)

A few more pointers while finalizing your schools:
- Tier 1 schools like HEC, LBS, St. Gallen are notorious for recruiting from only the top colleges of the applicant's country. While DTU is a reputed university nationally, it comes under Tier-2 schools. Not a deal-breaker, but you can consider the above schools in the dream schools category.
- Since you have a 4-year degree, this works out in your favour for Canada as most Canadian Schools prefer a 4-year degree.
- The top-10 schools receive a huge volume of applications from the Indian Engineers, so you will have to make an
effort to differentiate yourself from the typical engineer's profile.
To surmise, HEC, Queens University can be termed as dream schools,
Schulich, ESSEC,ESCP can be considered as safe schools ( Schulich's MiM program is meant for non-business graduates, so applying to this program can be a good call)
Copenhagen, Neoma can be considered to be safe schools
