600 to 710 is an excellent progress.
You have a good profile. I am not sure your choice of schools is correct. If I were you, I would apply to Columbia, NYU Stern, Duke, Cornell, LBS, INSEAD. Your techno-financial background and international experience are your strong points.
Apply to January intake at INSEAD as it has the internship option. September intake doesn't have the internship option. As you will be mostly changing your career after your MBA, you should choose an MBA with an internship option.
If you can translate all your achievements into good essays, I think you can easily get to the interview stage. If I were you, I would focus all my energies on the application essays.
Visit schools. Speak to current students and alumni of your target schools. Use Linkedin if you cannot find contacts at those schools. Get your application reviewed, and re-reviewed by the alumni. It helps. Good luck!
