Profile Evaluation - Indian, GMAT-650 with 5 years exp

Hi,

Please help me evaluating my profile to some schools I selected

GMAT : 650 (M 48, V 32)

Though I know that I should have got more score, I do not want to spend more time on GMAT as I have already spent 1 year on this and this has been my 3rd attempt.

GPA - 75% ( this may be 3.5) in Mechanical Engineering
Experience - 5 years in IT industry
AWA - 5 ( last attempt I score 6).

I am a 26 year old Indian IT software engineer. I have a GPA which is at par with most business school requirements.
I am a senior QA engineer at ADP Private Limited and part of a Release Management team that handle high profile and sensitive work within ADP. One issue in the work we deliver could bring huge losses to the company.
I am the Single Point of Contact for few critical business processes, which even US counterparts are not familiar with.
I was the acting lead during a project, in my lead's absence and was also the lead for a team of 10 for 4 months in WIPRO, before I moved to a different company.
My presentation about a project made client's give an immediate approval for a $10million project.
During my education, I had expertise in automobiles and I designed few engines and had ideas but unfortunately didn't get the budget to kick off those projects.
My decision to raise an issue denying client's approval helped company save a $10k loss.

 Promoted to Senior Member Technical within one year of joining in ADP
 Rewarded with “Feather in My Cap” for my seamless contribution in UNINOR project.
 Awarded with TITAN’S Award -The award for the Best Team in Delivery in Testing Services for UNINOR Project.
 Awarded with consecutive “Associate of Month” in two consecutive quarters and was the first one to achieve this.
 Received 15 e-recognition's until now, which are given by clients each one worth 100$
 Won first prize in the event “MECHANATRIX”( needed to assemble & de-assemble few automobile parts) at the All India technical fest “SAMAVARTHAN 2K6”.
 Won 1st prize in an English essay competition that was held among many schools in Hyderabad.

Volunteering:

I am the event manager for the current team of 90 and I plan fun activities and conduct sports within team.
I am the one nominated by my manager for any cricketing event in the company as I am passionate about cricket
I love to edit pictures with comments and create scenes with images.

I am interested in Marketing program and looking forward to work in the sales and marketing dept of a top firm. Long term goal is to open a marketing company of my own.

Also, I did not take my TOEFL yet. I received waiver from Texas & Rice and few schools have waiver. But to universities which have TOEFL mandatory, can I apply without TOEFL score first and then send them toefl scores. Unfortunately, we don't have dates in India until mid Jan , but the round 2 deadlines for most schools are in Jan. Please suggest

Please evaluate my profile and suggest if the schools I selected are suited to my profile. If not, suggest me better schools
