RandomStudent, why are you in such a hurry, 23 is too young in my opinion. 2 year of WE is the absolute minimum and only passable when you have some real, solid and quantifiable ways you have added value to the company.
Yes, some people get into good schools with bad grades OR lowish test scores; rarely both unless they have a lot to offer in terms of diversity of some kind. I'm afraid the bad news is that those who get in with poor stats have awesome stories to share in terms of leadership, contribution, teamwork, and problem solving. There has to be some offsetting entries as to why the school would overlook these elements.
That said, they generally have at least 75% in quant to show they can handle the work. In sum, I would encourage you to take advantage of the time you have to hire a tutor, get some outside input, get into a study group and try to increase your score another 30 points. take the sample GRE exam on
MGMAT; see if that works out better (yes, even though you have devoted all this time and energy to the GMAT - you might get a better GRE with zero effort.)
even more so, would encourage you to develop your contribution profile and get on the board of a non profit, make some meaningful changes, show yourself as a business leader to improve your application somewhat.
get into Toastmasters, do some deep introspection or therapy to learn how to communicate your story and talk about your unique experiences.
It will help a bit that you are from Georgia and there are not so many applicants from there but don't count on that. I feel developing your profile this year will go a long ways and be worth the wait.
This might be a helpful read:

Hey guys, just created an account and hope your responses will help me get on a right track.
I am 22 and I come from East-european developing country.
I have passed the GMAT a month or so ago and got 690 (85%). V-36 (80%) Q-48 (67%). AW - 5 (53%). IR 5 (54%).
(In the beginning my mock exam scores varied between 390-440, thus I feel I should settle with 690)
My undergrad GPA is 3.2. And I have finance/accounting work experience of around 2 years. Currently working for a leading audit/consulting firm.
I cannot really boast of any specific extracurricular activities or trophies or gold metals (while as I gather Business schools take these kind of "extra credits" into consideration).
I know my profile is hardly of top MBA's, but still I come across the stories of students with lower GPAs and lower GMAT scores getting into top schools. Thus, my question is the following,
What are the odds of my getting admitted if I applied for MBA 2020?
Every word will be helpful for me,
Thanks and good luck!
