you may also want to consider an executive mba program since your matriculation will be at 34/35. The typical MBA applicant is around 28 so you're pushing the timeframe a little. Just a thought. As you've seen, there are many students over 33 but you may want to do a little research into their background...ex-military? company sponsored to move up the ladder? etc.

Thanks for your reply and concern.I appreciate it.So age factor do matter a lot in admission,although I thought age would not matter unless you are above 35 yo.I would be 33 yo by matriculation.My main concern about doing an MBA is switching career from research to business.So do you see a problem in this or you just assumed the above concerns.
So do you say all the people doing an MBA who are above 30 tend to be having good managerial experience or are industry sponsored.
Let me know what everybody have to say here.
