Make sure you know how to spell Stanford in your application.
Ideally your quant score on the GMAT would have been a tad higher, but you have a good score. No real need to take the test again.
Beyond that, I think you have the makings of a strong profile. Your extracurriculars would ideally also include a community service component, or at least some way in which you can show that you leave a positive impact on the community/organization around you. Don't just join Habitat for Humanity to have something to put down on your application... Think about something that matters to you (or that matters to a loved one), and think about how you can make a real impact there.
Work on that, and I think you have a shot at a top-ten school, although another year of work experience may not be a bad thing. (That would also give you more time to work on your community involvement.)
