Given your strong GPA majoring in economics, you should not be too concerned about your GMAT quant score. If you feel you can improve your GMAT score significantly (50+ points), it might be worth retaking, however you should not be overly concerned.
There is nothing in your application that would hurt your candidacy at the listed schools. What is important now are your essays and letters of recommendations because these will help define your personal brand. You should constantly be asking yourself, how can I differentiate yourself from the other competitive candidates?
What are you goals post-graduation and how will each MBA program help you reach those?
It is how you address these questions that will determine if you are accepted.
