I am very concerned about the 3-year B.A. From what I understand most schools do not look kindly upon 3-year bachelor degrees from India for example. Is the same thing to be said about a 3-year B.A. from a top Canadian school? I can finish the 4-year "honours" B.A. but that would of course take an extra year. How will having a 3-year B.A. effect me?

Of the programs you listed, I believe only Haas requires a 4-year degree. You can confirm this either through the Admissions FAQ pages or by contacting the admissions office to confirm. As long as your GPA is good, your GMAT is high, and your experience is interesting/appealing, then the 3-year degree should not be an obstacle for the other programs.
