Hey there my friend,
I'd love to help you out, but I need more info first...Are you male/female? What schools did you graduate from? What is your current position? How many promotions have you gotten? What are your greatest achievements? What are your goals? What exactly did you do in your volunteer experience?

Have a look at some of the other profiles on the board, and this should give you a good idea.
