Hello,
If you score a 740+ GMAT, I would consider top-20 level schools good targets for
on-pars. Reasonable reaches would be in the range of Duke, Ross, Cornell, etc. Depending on how your work evolves (i.e., if your track record is outstanding compared to accomplished peers'), schools such as Stern or Haas could also be reasonable reaches, though highe rreaches.
Your undergrad GPA will be noted – it’s part of your profile – but the strong grad GPA will mitigate it to a large extent.
In the time before you apply, I suggest the following: (1) do what's needed to achieve the target GMAT; (2) take on lots of leadership (formal or informal) at work and build a stellar track record; (3) reflect on and gain insights regarding your work (industry, function, geographic regions, global aspect, leadership/teamwork, risk, etc.) so that you have something distinctive and thoughtful to say in your essays and applications; (4) gain as much business interface as you can.
