On the basis of the information you have shared with us and as already identified by you, you will need to offset your low GPA with a GMAT score that is higher than the class average. Of course, at the same time, you need to focus on preparing a set of stellar essays that highlight your core strengths, skills, and need for a management degree. Thus, while the extent of your work experience may not be the most crucial factor for the MiM, you will need to bring out your achievements in an appropriate manner.
