Currently working as Manager - Analytics - leading the entire analytics team
Worked on creation of new products
Nominated for innovation awards multiple no. of times
Lead the engagement with leading consultants on major strategic change project
Lead analyst for selection and implementation of company's new ERP and CRM platform
Received performance awards multiple no. of times
Promoted 3 times in last 4 review cycles

Post Graduate Diploma in Management (2.9 CGPA out of 4.33 (67% score); highest in the university was 3.6)
Engineering (52%, highest in the college was 65%)

Microsoft Financial Certified in Dynamics Axapta ERP

Participation in AIDS awareness program of Indian Government
Development of prawn farming business plan for self help groups

I want to start my own consulting firm specializing in providing solutions to tourism and hospitality industry in India, so I am looking for a program which would help me improve my skills in areas of strategy development, financial modelling and business development

Please let me know what are my chances for following programs: Cornell, UCLA, Fuqua and Stern

Also would appreciate if you can recommend some additional schools that I can target based on my profile

You seem very well suited for a top US business school.  I am not sure how the Indian CGPA translates to a GPA so I would want to know more on that.  Your reasons for wanting an MBA now are solid and differentiated from other applicant.  That is a real selling point.  Your work experience demonstrates leadership which is excellent.  In extracurricular I would like to see leadership as well, if that is a possibility to still work on.  Have you thought about your recommendations?  

Cornell is an obvious fit.  Also perhaps look at UC Berkeley, Tuck at Dartmouth (where I went), Columbia as some other suitable choices.
