Could you pls give me an idea as to which schools could i consider "safe" or competitive or stretch with this profile and a 720 on the gmat?? I am very keen to pursue an mba in technology management or human resource development.

Without any WE, its tough to say just how competitive you'll be, although in looking at your profile, it seems to be about the only thing missing from an otherwise top drawer preparation for good schools. Since you want to work in technology, you should definitely target some of the West coast schools and Sloan at MIT would obvioulsly be on your list. I would definitely go for top 10 schools, possibly applying to as many as five or six considering that you are Indian and therefore hail from a very deep applicant pool. If you can knock out at least a couple or three years of progressively responsible experience, or consulting experience where you challenge yourself to a high level of team problem solving, I would say the world is your oyster.
