Hi sandman13,
Thanks for reaching out. Would be great to have more info on your work accomplishments, notable leadership, results/awards you've earned, any international exposure, plus any involvement you have in activities / volunteering outside of work. But I'll share my thoughts anyway based on what your provided.
On the academic side, your GPA is pretty good, not stellar, though of course your school has a strong reputation which will help. How the adcomm judges your GPA will also depend on things like what you majored in, how challenging your course load was, what quant courses you took, etc. I like the involvement with bands, sounds interesting, is that something you've kept up since?
Your chances at top 15 US schools will be tough with your GMAT. Your score will be below or right at the averages for most of those schools, and I'd really like you to be above average in terms of GMAT.
But your work experience does seem very strong. I like that you've worked in a niche area that's not as common, and you've had fast progression in your roles. 4 years under your belt is a good time to apply too.
Overall I think top 15 is possible, especially the lower half of the top 15. It depends on some of those other factors I mentioned, but I'd feel better about you having a range with some in the top 15 and some in the 16-25 range. You're pretty close to the average for ISB in terms of test score so I think your chances there are good.
Hope this helps, and let me know if you have other questions or details you want to add.

Hi,
Please evaluate my profile.
I'm sharing the details which I think are relevant. Let me know if I need to add anything more.
o (Indian Male Engineer)
o Graduated in 2014 from IIT Delhi, India (CGPA 7.15; extracurriculars - led 3 bands to a ton of competition wins/paid gigs)
o Worked in Two political consultancy firms over 4 years as an Associate -> Senior Associate -> Lead Analyst -> Team Lead
o GMAT Score: 710
Do I have any shot at top 15 US B-Schools? What about my chances at ISB? What schools should I realistically target with my profile?
Thanks in advance.
