viable applicant to top programs, assuming that you score in the 720+ range on the GMAT. That means they'd be reasonable reaches of varying degree.
One factor that will be important is the quality of
your experience – the “where” and “what” are interesting, but you also need to demonstrate a track record of high impact and leadership (direct or indirect) within this role and organization.
I suggest finding ways in each application to convey your apparently compelling personal story – and link it somehow to your professional success and your goals (perhaps in terms of values, personal qualities/character, etc.).
