Hi cookingthunder!
While overall your GPA will be on the lower end, schools will definitely review your transcript and see the upward trend. And they will also consider the demanding nature of your major and overall quality of your school. But still, a strong GMAT showing will be important for you.
As far as work experience goes, sounds like an interesting mix of big company vs. startup that might make for some good essay examples. And the large team management experience is great! Don't worry too much about the employment gaps, those are fairly small gaps, and schools will understand that sometimes working at a startup can be tumultuous. Do plan to write an Optional Essay explaining those job transitions.
Here is a good post on our blog to look over on considerations for a part-time MBA:
https://www.mbamission.com/blog/2017/02 ... ime-mba-4/I think your GMAT score will be a factor too...top full-time programs are going to have averages around 720+ whereas top part-time programs have averages in the high 600s. So you may want to decide once you know your score.
Let me know your post-MBA goals, and I can advise a little better on target schools.
Thanks!
Kate

I was wondering if someone could help evaluate my profile and suggest any target schools? I'm looking at NYU part-time or potentially a full-time program.
I'm still trying to get a sense of where I stand. Would really appreciate it--thanks in advance!
