Also considering internal strategy at F500.

Target schools:
- Reach - Harvard, Wharton, Kellogg
- Target - Yale SOM, INSEAD, Oxford Saïd

- Plan to apply R1 2020 for 2021 intake. Hoped to visit schools before applying to get better feel for fit but this is likely off the table

- Keen to hear people's thoughts about schools and goals

Hi there, and thanks for writing! You have a really intriguing background, a blend of engineering, project management, and professional sports! I think that what you've accomplished in this realm, along with your solid academics and additional community involvement, would make you a great candidate for top business programs. I think your assessment of target and reach schools is good - regarding other target schools to consider, I'd add Ross, Fuqua, and Darden for their cultures and strengths in consulting (on top of that, getting to watch their excellent sports teams would add another dimension to your MBA experience!) It may also be more on the reach side, but Booth this year gave out some great scholarships, so take a look at that program as well. Hope that helps :)
