Hi Vivek,
Your profile seems very good overall. You have good work experience. 5 years of work ex is pretty good to demonstrate leadership experience. I see you shifted from a technical role at Cognizant to CSR role at CIL. This transition should be backed with good reason, logic and should demonstrate upward career trajectory.
You extra curricular and community involvement seems excellent and will distinguish you from typical Indian candidate which will increase your chances. I like that you are clear about IT consulting. Most of my friends at Ivey ended up in IT consulting at Deloitte. When an international students pursues MBA he/she is already changing Geography. It is prudent not change Geography, Function and Industry all at the same time.
Looking at the target schools you have mentioned in your profile, I think Questrom, Arizona State and Urbana-Illinois would be safe schools for you. You could aim higher depending on your goals. Ivey on the other hand will be difficult to get in. If you are successful in scoring a 720 in your next GMAT, then your chances will definitely improve. FYI round 1 of Ivey has already lapsed. But to recommend more schools I'll need more details from you and I am happy to discuss that over the phone.
PS: Does CIL mean Coal India? If yes thats so cool. I myself have worked with subsidiaries of CIL such as WCL,CCL and NCL.
