Thanks in advance for taking the time to review my profile. I'm planning on applying to Stanford with an focus on entrepreneurship. Specifically I want to know are there any weaknesses I need to address and what Stanford looks for in a candidate applying with a concentration in entrepreneurship.

Outside of work:

1.5 years at government defense contractor where I didn't do anything interesting.
1.5 years at prominent mobile startup with an engineering team of ~20 employees. I've lead 3 teams there managing between 1-7 employees. Projects included user acquisition & engagement, redesign of our app, and exploring improvements for the technology behind our core competitive advantage.
