Project RC Butler 2018

How can I improve on reading comprehension?

We wish that there was a quick, easy answer to that question, but as is often the case on the GMAT, there are no magic bullets.

Why a new project ?

Since we believe that there are no easy ways to improve RC skills, we want to emphasize on the consistent practice required to ace RC questions. A lot of us have benefitted from doing this in past and we want to teach you the same.

How does it work ?

We will go through the vast RC question base of GMAT club, select Two passages and post the links to them here everyday. Users who are interested can follow along, working on the selected passages.

How does this help ?

Apart from providing consistent practice everyday, we see another benefit. Since most you will be working on same passages on the same day, there will lot of activity on the passage and the user's questions(if any) gets resolved sooner.

Thanks but this is not going to help me to know whether workout 's passages are from GMATPrep. I have to start all the way from scratch.

Thanks for the direction, found it. It was an orange color drop down named 'Show tags'.

Please check the image I have attached. On clicking "Show tags", it will provide you the difficulty level, topic tested as well as the source.

Can you provide more details or an example of such an RC?


please find the attached question , as a reference from one of the passage -

Q) According to the passage, McGinty believes that ineffective communication can undermine which of the following power determinants?
experience
stature
expertise
an air of impersonality
confidence


This is just an example of the question. In my last attempt of Gmat exam, there was a passage with all four questions like this i.e. asking just one word answer. Also, primary idea question was summed into a single word question.
